Yard sales are permitted in Sunnymead Ranch only for the dates noted below. Just a friendly reminder, please ensure that your sale signage is removed from common areas after your sale.

• AUGUST: Friday, August 7 - Sunday, August 9
• OCTOBER: Saturday, October 3 - Sunday, October 4

• AUGUST: Friday, August 8 - Sunday, August 10
• OCTOBER: Saturday, October 4 - Sunday, October 5 

The Sunnymead Ranch Board of Directors understands that transparency matters.  Each month homeowners are invited and encouraged to take part in the Board's monthly business meeting.  At the beginning of each meeting, homeowners may address the Board of Directors with their concerns, questions, or compliments.  Meeting are typically held each month on the 4th Wednesday.
