Sunnymead Ranch Planned Community Association is a private community, and its amenities are restricted to registered Homeowner Members and Authorized Residents only.
🔵 HOMEOWNER: Membership Access Card Request
Membership cards are required to enter and use amenities at the SRPCA Lake Club facilities located at 23600 Sunnymead Ranch Parkway.
All current occupants (age 10 years +) must be registered, have individual membership cards, and be in possession of them to enter property SRPCA Lake Club facilities. Current occupants are not permitted access as "guests" and will denied entrance to facility.
Small children (0-9 years) are not required to have access cards but should be registered as an applicant.
There is NO CHARGE for a qualified member's INITIAL CARD.
The CHARGE to REPLACE damaged, non-working, or lost cards within a five-year replacement period is noted below.
- 1st replacement card: $15
- 2nd replacement card: $25
- 3rd replacement card: $50

🔵 HOMEOWNER: Gate Key Request
Homeowner households may request up to 2 gate keys for the household. The cost of lost or non-returned keys is $75 per key.
Sunnymead Ranch Lake Club facility has:
- 2 entry gates which require Access Card for entry
- 13 entry gates which require Gate Key for entry

🟢 PROPERTY MANAGER / LANDLORD: Assignment of Privileges
Sunnymead Ranch Planned Community Association's (SRPCA) governing documents allow for either the homeowners - or - tenants to access to Sunnymead Ranch's amenities.
By completing this form you are relinquishing your privileges to use SRPCA amenities and allowing your named tenants access instead.
