ANNUAL ELECTION Results
March 25, 2026
 
The Reconvened Annual Meeting of the Sunnymead Ranch Planned Community Association Membership was held on March 25, 2026, at the Lake Clubhouse and also virtually via Zoom.  The Inspectors of Election, the independent inspector of elections, received 504 ballots and established that the 15% quorum was met.  Ballots were then opened, votes tabulated, and the following results were reported:

HOW TO VOTE ONLINE

As you know the Annual Election of Directors is underway and is being conducted online this year by The Inspectors of Election.
 
The online system provides members to the ability cast their ballots electronically in a safe, legal and cost-effective manner. 
 
  • Login credentials have been sent to every member who has an email address registered with the association.  Credential emails are mailed from:  SunnymeadRanch@TIEivote.com
 
  • Reminder emails are sent weekly on Wednesday from the email address noted above. 
 
  • Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate the email. If you locate the email and move it to your inbox, your email service will typically note the email address as being "safe" and allow future deliveries to your inbox. 
 
  • Be mindful that the email address you initially registered with the association, may not the one you check regularly.
 
  • For members that still cannot locate their credentials email, please contact the Inspector of Election immediately:
 
Your participation is greatly appreciated and needed to meet the quorum requirements for a valid Election of Directors.

2026 Annual Meeting Notice

2026 ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION
 
 
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Homeowners will be presented with the following three (3) ballot items.
 
1.     Director Vacancies: Homeowners will elect five (5) seats to the Board of Directors. The two (2) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will each receive a two-year term of office, and next three (3) highest votes will each receive one-year terms.
 
2.     IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604:  Homeowners will vote on whether to apply any excess member income (as defined by IRS code) to the following year’s budget.
 
3.     2025 Annual Meeting Minutes:  Homeowners will vote to accept the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes
